Charity Shoot – October 16th – West Kennett, Wiltshire

Lovely looking Charity Shoot just arrived in my inbox – being run by Sean Ponting, an excellent shot from the Gloucestershire area in aid of the West Kennett Church in Wiltshire.  Looks like it will be excellent quality.

The shoot will be held at  : Gunsite Road, West Kennett (Bing Maps below) – signposted from the A4 at West Kennett between Marlborough and beckhamption.

• When – October 16th between 10am and 1pm
• Format – 50 bird re-entry + a pool shoot. £17 (re-entry £16)
• Prizes – HG £80 / 2nd £65 / 3rd £50 / 4th £35 / 5th £20 – also prizes for Ladies and Juniors
• No Wad restrictions / No Steel Shot / 28g cartridges max / Refreshments available

This one looks right up my alley – I might make the trip down to support what sounds like a worthy cause.
